FoundationFlow ("we", "us", "our") provides sovereign AI infrastructure software to enterprises and government organizations. This policy describes what data we collect through our website and pilot programs, and how we handle it.

When you submit a pilot request, subscribe to our research newsletter, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, work email, organization, and message content. Our website does not use third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor data.
How we use it

- To send research updates to newsletter subscribers, who may unsubscribe at any time
- To operate and improve this website
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. email delivery) and only to the extent needed to provide that service, under confidentiality obligations.
Air-gapped deployments
FlowServe, our production inference stack, is designed to run entirely within a customer's own network. Data processed by FlowServe in an air-gapped deployment never reaches FoundationFlow — this policy covers only our public website and sales communications, not customer inference workloads.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@foundationflow.ai.
